Proposals are an essential element of any organisation. Every organisation at some point of time will either apply for something (e.g. grant, loan, project) or will evaluate someone's application (again--grant, loan, project, etc.). Thus, it is important that almost every organisation understand the proposal process--both writing and evaluation.
Our consultants have extensive knowledge on the proposal writing and evaluation process--such as the development of concept notes, Expressions of Interest (EOIs), adherence to Terms of Reference, full proposals, and evaluation of such documents.
